Also when i saw the demo model in person the rear cargo area seemed fairly decent, i don't remember thinking it was too small for my needs but will have to double check now after reading these numbers. Were any 4runners ever equipped with a 3rd row seat? Maximum of 67.8 cubic feet cargo capacity with 2nd row seats folded.
You also need plenty of room for all your cargo.

While audi and mercedes have introduced larger brutes, bmw refused to offer the interior is fantastic, the ride is lovely, space is ample and the cabin is quieter than any other suv we've driven.
